Where is Balerfornia located?
Cemento, Baler — steps from Cobra Reef, tucked between the jungle and the sea, about a 15–20 minute drive to Sabang Beach.
What's the difference between the four stays?
Nippa Hut and Monstera Room are both private A-frame huts, each with its own bathroom and hot shower; both share the common pool and kitchen (along with Family Room). Family Room is the ground floor of the Palm Villa building — bookable on its own (using the shared pool and kitchen) or combined with Palm Villa to rent the whole house as one unit. Palm Villa is the premium stay: its own private designer kitchen, a soaking bathtub, full amenities — and Palm Villa guests can also use the shared pool. Minimum stay is one night.
Is Balerfornia near the beach?
Technically yes — literally just across the road — but it's a mangrove shoreline, not a typical sandy swimming beach like Sabang.
Can I book the whole property for a group?
Yes — just let us know ahead of time and we'll help coordinate booking all four stays together.
Do the stays share a pool and kitchen?
Family Room, Monstera Room, and Nippa Hut share one common pool and kitchen. Palm Villa has its own private kitchen and bathtub, and Palm Villa guests can also use the shared pool.
